Checking the POEA Job Vacancies section which is always down will only contribute to a jobless person being more miserable and helpless. The POEA jobs vacancy section renders useless not only because the service is always unusable but the jobs posted with job orders are already taken that employment agencies already made manpower pooling even before the job orders come out.
This manpower pooling is more convenient for agencies. However, some jobs which are still not filled or taken are still offered until a right applicant is hired. Today, I think I should post jobs which is considered as "for manpooling" because it is more practical for applicants to go ahead to job hunt and apply until a job orders are issued by POEA to agencies.
