Recruiters of domestic workers are required to have Facebook accounts
POEA Memorandum Circular No. 1, series of 2015: Recruiters of domestic workers are required to have Facebook accounts for the following purposes: (1) Communication platform for deployed domestic workers; (2) Dispute prevention; (3) Endorsement of complaints; and (4) Submission of reports to the POEA.
No Facebook account, no POEA processing of recruited domestic workers.
The Memorandum Circular takes effect on 13 March 2015. -POEA
