When Fr. Fernando Suarez celebrated the Pentecost Mass last May 15 in Cebu IEC Pavillion , he confessed that presumptive President Rodrigo Duterte sought for his help about the city treasurer ailment who was incapacitated. The treasurer wasn’t able to perform job that the urgent miracle is needed. And so, the treasurer was healed.
